I have acted as social media manager for multiple clients in the pet industry. Usually, the client and account manager would brainstorm an outline of sales or desired messaging direction for each month. The meeting notes would then be given to me to plan, design, and schedule the social media calendar. Depending on the client’s budget, I also interact with followers and republish UGC.
